BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a process of creating a project in the construction field through the creation of a digital 3D integrated model of the building, whereby a strong emphasis is placed on the cooperation of all participants in the design and construction process. Given that construction projects are interdisciplinary and demand the cooperation of various professions, BIM technology is necessary for achieving time goals within the given financial resources.
