Creation of a BIM model of a residential building with three apartments (LOD 300).
During the design, all the professions necessary for the realization of the project cooperated. An architectural model was created as a basis, and then we upgraded it with models of installations and reinforcement. We completed the model with information from the dynamic plan, created a 4D and 5D model, and performed clash detection.
