By creating a BIM model, we get a digitally integrated model of the future building. By combining the elements of the digital model with the activities of the dynamic plan, we get a 4D (work-flow) and 5D (cash-flow) model. By breaking down the entire building into all the activities of its complete execution, we get a clearly defined beginning, end, and price of the project itself. The final result is a simulation that gives us information about the construction cost at each performance stage.
